3. Requesting Price Quotes

You can contact us to request a price quote for the desired service by using the contact form on our website, through the Calendly app, or by sending your request via email to goflowdesign@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible.

For an accurate price quote, please provide complete and detailed information about the project. For monthly services (website hosting, maintenance), accurate data must also be provided. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to inconveniences for which AAP DEVELOPEMENT S.R.L. is not responsible.

4. Billing, Payment, Suspension/Deletion of Services

Purchased services are billed according to agreements made with the beneficiary. The payment deadline is specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension or deletion of services, which will be reactivated upon receipt of payment.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1 Rights and Obligations of the BENEFICIARY

• Obligations:
  a. Pay for services according to agreed terms.
  b. Provide accurate information necessary for the project.
  c. Adhere to the conditions for using the services and created websites.

• Rights:
  a. Use the services under the agreed contractual terms.
  b. Report any technical errors to AAP DEVELOPEMENT S.R.L..

5.2 Rights and Obligations of the PROVIDER

• Obligations:
  a. Deliver work according to agreed timelines.
  b. Ensure the confidentiality of the beneficiary’s data.
  c. Address reported technical issues within the agreed timeframes.

• Rights:
  a. Request necessary information for the project, including personal data of the beneficiary.

6. Force Majeure

Force majeure exempts the affected party from liability if notified within 15 days. However, force majeure does not exempt the beneficiary from paying for services already rendered.

7. Disputes

Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably or, if necessary, by the competent courts in Romania.

8. Intellectual Property

AAP DEVELOPEMENT S.R.L. owns all materials and information presented on the website www.goflow.live. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without written consent from AAP DEVELOPEMENT S.R.L. is strictly prohibited.
